1. General Cleaning of All Office Floors
   • Dusting and cleaning of all furniture, including bookshelves, photo frames, cabinets, typewriters, computers, etc.
   • Emptying and disinfecting trash receptacles.
   • Cleaning of all doors and windows, including frames and sills.
   • Cleaning of all partitions, wooden doors, and glass doors.
   • Cleaning of all fixtures and gadgets, including light fittings, electrical switches, AC vents, and ceiling fans.
   • Sanitizing telephone handsets and other frequently touched surfaces.
   • Vacuuming of all carpeted floors.
   • Washing, mopping, and polishing of hard floors such as marble, granite, terrazzo, ceramic tiles, and corridors/stairways.
   • Disinfecting and cleaning all restroom facilities, including W.C.s, urinals, washbasins, showers, and toilet accessories.
   • Washing and cleaning of all wall finishes, including removal of stains and marks.
   • Cleaning of ceilings to remove dust, cobwebs, and dirt.
   • Removal of cobwebs from ceilings, corners, and high surfaces.
   • Sweeping and cleaning of the entire compound and surrounding areas.
   • Clearing and cleaning gutters and drainages to ensure proper flow and hygiene.

CLEANING SCHEDULE FOR OUR RETAINERSHIP SERVICES

1. DAILY TASKS

(Monday – Sunday, including Public Holidays)
The following tasks will be performed multiple times per day, depending on weather conditions, usage, and traffic volume:

• Sweep, mop, and buff (where necessary) all hard floor surfaces, including stairways, toilets, marble, granite, and ceramic floors.
• Vacuum carpets and rugs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the entrance and reception areas.
• Provide continuous monitoring of the entrance and reception to ensure a consistently clean environment.
• Empty, wipe, and disinfect all trash bins and ashtrays.
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and fittings, including electrical switches, open shelves, desktops, counters, skirting boards, and other reachable surfaces.
• Clean window blinds, ledges, fire equipment, banisters, doors, and surfaces accessible by hand.
• Remove fingerprints, stains, and smudges from glass panels, aluminum fixtures, and reflective surfaces.
• Sanitize all restroom facilities, including W.C.s, washbasins, urinals, and showers.
• Deodorize and freshen the environment to maintain a pleasant atmosphere.
• Pick up litter and trash from all areas.
• Sweep external areas such as the compound, car parks, walkways, pavements, and other outdoor paths.
• Perform any other cleaning tasks as necessary, including stairways, marble, granite, ceramic floors, and high-touch surfaces.

 

2. WEEKLY TASKS

• Scrub and deep-clean hard floors, walls, and skirting boards.
• Clean and polish all wooden, metal, plastic, or leather upholstered furniture using appropriate cleaning agents.
• Clean and disinfect ceiling fans, light fixtures, and air-conditioning vents.
• Sterilize and sanitize all telephone handsets and communication devices.
• Remove cobwebs from ceilings, corners, and high surfaces.
• Clean entire window frames, sills, and internal glass surfaces.
• Dust and wipe baseboards and other high-level surfaces.
• Check and replenish supplies such as soap, hand sanitizer, and toilet paper in restrooms.
• Perform any other relevant cleaning tasks to maintain hygiene and appearance.

3. MONTHLY TASKS

• Dust or damp-wipe light fixtures, ceiling fans, and air conditioning filters.
• Clean and wipe down window sills and internal surfaces of windows.
• Damp-wipe baseboards, door frames, and high-touch areas.
• Deep clean and disinfect all touch points, including switches, handles, and buttons.
• Conduct a thorough cleaning of carpets, including shampooing or steam cleaning (if applicable).
• Polish wooden surfaces and furniture.
• Clean and descale water fixtures and taps.
• Check and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Perform any other relevant cleaning or maintenance tasks.

4. QUARTERLY TASKS

• Dust, clean, and polish all high surfaces, including lighting fixtures, air vents, and ceiling corners, using ladders or scaffolding as necessary.
• Polish all wooden surfaces and fixtures.
• Deep clean and restore hard floors through washing and polishing (optional).
• Shampoo or steam clean carpets and upholstery (optional).
• Conduct pest control inspections and treatments if necessary.
• Inspect and clean gutters, drainage systems, and external piping.
• Review and update cleaning protocols based on observed needs.
• Perform any other essential maintenance or cleaning tasks to uphold hygiene standards.
